CRM Software for Charities

Using Amphis Customer, you can easily store Contact Details, Contact History eg Telephone Calls, Emails and Notes. You can create Appointments, Letters, Tasks, Emails, SMS Text Messages, and Marketing Letters. You can set Reminders for tasks you need to perform such as people you need to call or Emails you need to send.

Amphis Customer is easily customizable to make it more suitable for your Charity. You can change some of the Standard Fields to make them more relevant to your needs. For example, if you don't deal with Companies, you can change some of the fields such as Company Name, Company Web Site, Company Number to store data more relevant to your Charity. You can do this from Options->Customize Standard Fields

Custom Tab

In the Customer Details screen there is a Custom Tab where you can store fields specific to your Charity and you can name the Tab to suit your needs. Perhaps you need to record whether your contacts are interested in volunteering or donating money or both. Maybe they might be interested in hearing about charitable events by telephone or receiving general news letters. You can easily customize the Custom tab to store the details you need and you can rename the tab to something more suitable. To customize the Custom Tab, just click on the Custom Tab when viewing a Customer Record and click the Customize button in the top right.

Customer History

As well as storing standard history types such as Letters, Appointments, Emails and Notes, you can also create your own customer history entry types to store whatever history types you need to store. For example a charity might record an application form from a person wishing to volunteer to be a dog walker. This could be stored in a new history type you create called VOLUNTEER APPLICATION for example, and you could scan in their application and attach it to the entry. New history types or document types can be created from Tools->Maintain Templates. Once a new history type has been created, you can select the history type on the Customer History tab and click Create History Entry to create an entry.

Customize CRM History

Contact Groups

You can organize contacts into groups eg all those interested in volunteering or all those interested in donating. Or you can organize Groups by location or whatever criteria suits you. You can mail merge to create documents such as Letters or Marketing Material for all contacts in a group and Print Envelopes or Address Labels. You can email documents as Word documents or as PDF files (requires Word 2007 or a later version). You can send Emails to all members of a Group using Email Templates. Similarly you can send SMS Text Messages to all members of a Group.

You can also create custom reports showing for example all contacts who have submitted volunteer applications in the last 6 months.
