Reminders
With Amphis Customer CRM Software you can easily create Reminders to help you stay organized. Reminders can be for specific jobs you need to perform such as creating a Quote or an Invoice, sending an Email or calling a client. You can also create Tasks and Appointments.
Callback Reminders
You can create a Callback Reminder by simply clicking the Reminders button on the Customer Details form and selecting "phone customer". You can specify when to remind you and enter some text as a reminder. Then you will be automatically reminded who and when to call on the Today View. You can assign the Callback Reminder to a specific person so only they see it on the Today View or you can leave the Reminder assigned to All so everyone sees it.
You can create a single Reminder or a recurring Reminder which recurs every day, week, 2 weeks, month, 3 months, 6 months, year etc. If you need more options, just tell us.
Today View
On the Amphis Customer Today View you can see the Reminders for Today (or any date you specify) and the view is customizable so you can display just those Reminders that are relevant to your business.
The Appointments and Tasks can be shown just for Today (or the specified day) so you can concentrate on Tasks and Appointments for a single day, or they can be shown for the whole week.
You can choose to see all Reminders or just those assigned to a specific person.
Appointments View
On the Appointments View you can see Appointments for the current month or any selected date. Just click an Appointment to go straight to the customer record.
Recurring Appointments
You can create single Appointments or Recurring Appointments for regular Appointments such as Service Visits.
Job Appointments
Appointments can automatically be created when creating a Job and the Appointment will be for the duration of the Job as specified on the Job form so it is easy to track availability.
